SafeAspect – Refund Policy
At SafeAspect, we provide instant access to digital software, AI-powered services, subscription plans, and credit-based features. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how they are processed.
1. Subscription Plans
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided that the subscription has not been substantially used and no significant services have been consumed.
If the subscription has been actively used, projects have been created, AI services have been utilized, or premium features have been accessed, the service is considered delivered and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals, and access will remain available until the end of the current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
2. AI Credits and Usage-Based Services
AI Credits, investigation credits, report generation credits, and other prepaid usage-based digital services may be refunded within 14 days of purchase only if they have not been used, consumed, or redeemed.
Once any portion of the purchased credits has been used to generate AI analyses, reports, investigations, images, or any other digital output, the corresponding service is considered immediately delivered and those credits become non-refundable.
Unused credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another account.
3. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase or have experienced a billing error, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate transactions or billing errors will be refunded in full.
4. Technical Issues
If a technical issue on SafeAspect's side prevents you from accessing or using a purchased service, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period and the purchased service has not been substantially used, you may be eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, we encourage customers to contact our support team. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently without involving payment disputes.
